"FOOD FOR THOUGHT"

12 questions to ask yourself when planning a company event:

  1. What are your main objectives in holding this event?
  2. How many guests?
  3. What type of budget are you working with?
  4. Will the foodservice be sit-down or buffet?
  5. What is your theme?
  6. What are the site provisions necessary to accommodate your needs?
  7. Will the event require signage, greeters or a registration table?
  8. Are you going to serve alcohol at the event?
  9. Will there be customized items, such as mementos with company logo?
  10. Should you consider special needs guests, i.e., vegetarians, vegans, or guests with food allergies?
  11. What type of seating would best meet your needs and suit the atmosphere of the event?
  12. Would you prefer assigned or open seating?
