Momokawa Sake

 

 

SakéOne was founded by a group of folks who simply loved saké and had a vision - to produce world-class saké in the United States. Although saké was traditionally made in Japan, they believed that premium ginjo saké could be produced in the United States. With water as one of saké's most critical ingredients, the east slope of Oregon's Coastal Mountains was identified as an ideal water source for its purity. And so Forest Grove, Oregon, became the home of SakéOne, producer of Momokawa and Moonstone, America's most honored sakés!

 

Diamond

Junmai Ginjo: Made with only rice,

water, yeast and koji with the

rice milled to 60% of its original size.

 

Simply delicious when paired with

scallops and oysters, exceptional

with halibut, grilled poultry and herbal

salads. A truly intriguing match for dry

pasta dishes like penne tossed with feta, parmesan & roasted pine nuts. Glass: 5.50   Bottle: 21.00

 

Silver

Aromatic, crisp and dry, mineral and

steel notes with hints of

green apple and pear. The crisp,

briney mineral flavors make Silver

an exquisite match for oysters and fish.

 

Wonderful with traditional Japanese

cuisine, sushi & sashimi yet is a perfect

 pair with light fish and chicken dishes,
